Return and Refund Policy
We hope you like your purchase, but if you don't, we are happy to process a new order or refund you. You have up to 30 days (from the date you received all items) to return or exchange Alex Vando items by email.
Subjective reasons: If you feel that the clothes do not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the date you received all items. You can apply for a return. Note: If you do not meet the threshold for free shipping and are charged shipping, this fee is non-refundable because the shipping fee has been used to ship the package.
Objective reasons: If you receive the wrong product that is different from the one you ordered, you must provide photos of the wrong product. After verification, we will send you a new product for free or refund you.
We will reissue the original order unconditionally in the following cases: The customer provides clear evidence of loss; the post office shows that it has been delivered normally, and the customer has contacted the local post office many times but to no avail. There is a delivery time and tracking number, but no logistics information. Received the wrong item or damaged items.
Order Change/Order Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders before the goods are shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel the order if the item has already been shipped.
How to return an item?
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving all packages by clicking here, or contact us by email: alexvandonet@gmail.com, our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible. All returns must be returned in original, unworn condition. Once the returned order is delivered, our customer service center will process your refund.
Package your clothes securely and leave a note with your name, email, order number and a brief description of the reason for the return so that Alex Vando can check the product.
Alex Vando will be sorry if your clothes are lost during shipping. Therefore, it is recommended that you use a trackable method to ship the return item. Please send us the tracking number when you send the product to us.
Note: We do not cover the return costs.
Shipping costs can be refunded in the following cases: wrong or damaged products.

Q1: What items can be returned or exchanged?
A1: Items are in original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged or defective items can be returned or exchanged at any time. Set products can only be returned as a complete set and cannot be separated.
Q2: Where will the refund be issued?
A2: Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
